Introduction

This document refers to “personal data”

This is defined as information concerning any living person (a natural person who hereafter will be called the Data Subject) that is not already in the public domain.

We are a manufacturer and distributor of Surgical Instruments & accessories.

Ph Industries uses the information collected from you to provide quotations, make telephone contact and to email marketing or product information which we believe may be of interest to you and your business.

If you making initial contact with Ph Industries  you consent to Ph Industries  maintaining a marketing dialogue with you until you either “opt out” (which you can do at any stage) or we decide to desist in promoting our services. Ph Industries also acts on behalf of its clients in the capacity of data processor.

Some personal data may be collected about you from the forms and surveys you complete, from records of our correspondence and phone calls and details of your visits to our website, including but not limited to personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. Ph Industries may also collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to its website.

Retention Policy

When you provide us with your personal information we will only retain it for as long as we need to, to make sure that we have dealt with all aspects of your enquiry. In practice, this means that we will keep your name and address for a minimum of 12 months if you make an enquiry or request a brochure or sample or quote.

Ph Industries will process personal data during the duration of any contract and will continue to store only the personal data needed for six years after the contract has expired to meet any legal obligations. We delete any personal data after six years.

Data storage

Data is held in the United Kingdom using different (multiple) servers. Ph Industries does not store personal data outside the EEA.

Complaints

In the event that you wish to make a complaint about how your personal data is being processed by Ph Industries  or its partners, you have the right to complain to Ph Industries. If you do not get a response within 30 days you can complain to the ICO.
